Come join us for a relaxing and empowering gathering at Lotus Flower Yoga Collective. This event is the perfect opportunity for women to connect, share stories, and support each other in a safe and nurturing environment.

Whether you're looking for new friendships, gentle guidance, or simply a space to unwind, this event is for you.

You can expect tea and snacks when you arrive and settle into a space around the circle. We have cushions and chairs available. All women are welcome.

Meditate With Dragons: Virtual Meetup

For people who are connected or want to be connected to Dragons. We meet, draw our energy together, feel into where we need to focus, and meditate for about 20 minutes. Then we share and integrate. Facilitated with loving kindness for inclusion. We focus on planetary service and receiving personal guidance and assistance.

Shamanic Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony

Combining circular, connected, holotropic breathing, energizing music, and writing processing, this ceremony creates an invitation into inner awareness and energy shifts. No prior breathwork experience needed. Breathe until you're surprised.

We will drink cacao as we journal or create a drawing about our experience. Then more cacao while we share and process in a circle.

Please bring a water bottle, journal, eyemask, yoga mat, pillow, or anything you need to create a nest of comfort for your journey.
